Hi, I’m Will. Whilst I am new to the travel industry, I have experience in customer service and understand how to provide a high level of personal and attentive service, which is what we strive for here at Panache Cruises. I am a classic people pleaser and aim to make my customers happy - I will always do my best to go the extra mile!
I love travelling and have visited some off-the-beaten-path destinations, such as Malawi on a charity trip and North Macedonia on an expedition. I really look forward to exploring more of the world through cruising with Panache Cruises.

My favourite destination is Corfu. I have visited Greece a few times now, staying in different locations but Corfu is definitely my favourite. The culture is so vibrant and the scenery breathtaking. It is the best place to relax on the beach with a cold beer and swim in the sea. The Old Town of Corfu is a must-visit with its fantastic classic Greek culinary experiences.
The new Explora Journeys ship, Explora I, absolutely blows me away. Its sleek design really sells the ultra-luxury standard that it provides. The attention to detail is exquisite and the itineraries that the ship covers are to die for – some of the more unusual ones like the Hawaiian Islands really intrigue me.
I actually have set myself a challenge to visit every country in Europe before I am 30. This gives me 10 years averaging around 5-6 countries a year. However, outside of Europe, my bucket list destination would be Japan and its surrounding islands. I think it would be so interesting to see how different the culture is to other places I have visited and I’d love to try authentic Japanese food.
When I am not at work helping other people plan their holidays, I’m usually at home trying to plan my own! When I step away from travel altogether, I’m heavily involved with running a local Scout group. I devote a lot of time to planning nights and events for the Scouts.
