Hi, I'm Rebecca, or Becci!
I like to think I'm friendly and personable and absolutely love speaking to my customers and creating them their perfect holidays. My previous role was as a VIP Concierge Specialist before I joined Panache Cruises, so I have a fair amount of experience providing excellent customer service and working in the luxury world.
I was based in Las Vegas and created bespoke itineraries for VIP clients which involved everything from hotels and flights to private events, helicopter tours, and exclusive shows! I worked there for 5 years and fell in love with the US. I travelled all over the country and would consider myself a real destination expert!

I fell in love with Southeast Asia when I backpacked around 5 countries in 2017. It's hard to choose a favourite but Indonesia was just beautiful. From the culture, history and stunning islands, it has absolutely everything to offer!
My favourite cruise ship has to be Explora Journeys brand-new ship EXPLORA I, which launched in the summer of 2023. It’s beautiful, modern and the staff on board cant do enough for you!
I have a never ending list, but I have to say at the top would be Central and South America. I would absolutely love to visit Costa Rica as it’s known as the happiest place to live in the world!
I have a passion for getting outside and hiking at any opportunity and I have completed many of the Wainwright walks in the Lake District. I find nothing can heal you more than fresh air and beautiful views!
