I’m Nicole, I have many years of experience in travel and have been lucky to work for some really specialist companies, including a long-haul luxury tailormade agency which has given me insight into the luxury world of travel.
I am thrilled to be on the team at Panache Cruises, where I can build of my knowledge and experience of luxury cruising in particular, and put my years of customer service skills to the test.

It’s so hard to choose, but I have to say my personal favourite holiday was a visit to Finnish Lapland when my children were young. A hot holiday somewhere like the Maldives is great for a relaxing beach experience, but nothing compares to the magic I experienced on a winter trip to the Arctic Circle!
I seem to be drawn towards all the Silversea fleet, I love the fact that your holiday starts from the moment to leave your home with their door to door transfers. If I had to choose just one ship, it would have to be one of the ships offering their S.A.L.T. experience such as Silver Nova, which is due to launch soon.
I would love to spend several weeks around Canada visiting Vancouver, Banff, and Lake Louise. It would be even better to incorporate the iconic Rocky Mountaineer train tour, and of course a spectacular Alaskan cruise.
I used to swim for my local swimming club so I still try to swim a couple of times a week. I love planning and going on holidays, especially caravan holidays with my dogs! My idea of a perfect holiday would to read a good novel by the pool with a cocktail in hand, perfect.
