About Me
Hi I'm Grant. Having worked in the travel industry as a Cabin Supervisor from 1994 to 2006, and then in the luxury sales market for 16 years, it's safe to say I have a vast knowledge of both travel and sales! I began working in the luxury cruise sector in March 2023 after hearing about Panache Cruises and being given the opportunity to combine both of my passions.
I've been lucky enough to have covered lots of the globe as long haul cabin crew, staying in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and resorts. I loved the relaxed atmosphere when visiting the Caribbean, especially Barbados, Jamaica and Antigua, to name a few!
The USA was always another favourite destination, in particular Orlando, Miami, New York and Las Vegas, where I could combine my love of food, sports, amazing shows and theme parks. Orlando will always hold a special place for my family as it was where my wife and I met. As well as covering most of Europe on family holidays, I have also been lucky enough to visit Australia several times, as well as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Middle East. I’m definitely a jet-setter if you can't tell already!
I know how important and exciting a holiday can be and in many cases it’s a trip of a lifetime! That’s why I want to provide the best customer service as your personal cruise connoisseur. Nothing is too much trouble.
Barbados with its white sand beaches, blue sea and palm trees mixed with the laid back culture. You can’t beat a day boogie-boarding in the surf, then visiting a fantastic restaurant with live music in the evening.
This is a difficult one as they are all so fantastic in their own right. I’m going for the brand-new Oceania Vista due to the reputation of fantastic cuisine along with unparalleled service and great itineraries.
I would love to take our boys back to where I met their mum in Florida. Further afield, I would love the opportunity to visit Fiji, the Bahamas and New Zealand, that would be amazing as well as the stamp in my passport.
I love to watch live sports; I’m a football fanatic with a season ticket for Bolton Wanderers. As well as watching my boys play grass roots. I also play guitar when I get time having been the lead guitarist in a band a fair few years ago.
