We are confident that we have negotiated the best deals, so if you see a better price elsewhere, we will not only beat this price but also give you a $100 voucher to use when you book your next cruise with us. Our best price guarantee is subject to the following terms:

  • The cruise must be with the same cruise line
  • It must be the same cabin type, position on the ship and cabin grade
  • The sailing must be the same exact date and duration
  • It must be from the same departure airport, same airline, and same flight times where applicable
  • The cruise must be under identical booking conditions i.e. Cancellation and amendment conditions, deposit amount, balance due date etc.
  • The same cruise line promotion codes and inclusions must apply
  • The quote should be in US dollars (USD) and applicable to the US market
  • The quote must be from a registered US travel agent (this is important to ensure your money is secure)
  • Applicable to new bookings only. No discounts will be added retrospectively.

Your quote must be in writing and we will check the quote for all of the following:

  • Price is fully inclusive of all tax and fees
  • The selected cabin is still available using the base price used by our competitor
  • The price cannot be lower than the net fare due to error, loyalty discounts, private groups or charters

Once we have clarified that your booking is eligible, we will make the booking for you with an added $10 per person discount, lower than your original quote. You will also receive a $100 voucher to use towards your next cruise booking with us, applicable for any cruise line featured on our website.

Please note that most cruise lines operate "fluid" pricing which means all prices and benefits are subject to change at any time and cannot be guaranteed until you have a confirmed booking. Should your chosen cruise be affected by this pricing policy we will advise accordingly as it may make your original quote invalid.

Please note that Panache Cruises will make your booking with no additional booking fees and will also make any future amendments without any fees imposed by us.

These Terms & Conditions (“Official Rules”) apply to the “Buy a Cruise, Win a Cruise” Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) operated by Panache Cruises Inc, 37 N Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801 (“Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins 12:00:00 AM ET on March 1, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026.

3. How to Enter

a. Purchase Entry
Customers who purchase a cruise from Panache Cruises Inc between March 1 – March 31, 2026 will automatically receive one (1) entry for each completed booking.

b. Free Postal Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, mail a legible, hand‑printed 3”x5” card including: Full legal name, telephone number, email address, mailing address to:

Free entries must be postmarked on or before March 31, 2026 and received by April 7, 2026. Entrants are responsible for appropriate postage. Each mailed card counts as one entry. Purchase and AMOE entries have equal chances of winning.

4. Winner Selection
A random drawing will be conducted using a random generator on April 30, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by telephone and email. The winner will have 7 calendar days from the first attempted contact to respond and claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may announce the winner’s name and state on social media and email.

6. Conditions for Purchase Entrants
If the selected winner entered via a purchased cruise, they will only become eligible to redeem the prize after they have completed travel on their originally booked and fully paid cruise. If the winner voluntarily cancels their qualifying booking after selection, the prize will be forfeited. If the cruise is cancelled by the cruise line or for reasons outside the winner’s control, Sponsor may, at its discretion, allow continued eligibility, require rebooking, or still award the prize. This condition does not apply to AMOE entrants.

7. Prize Details

a. Description of Prize
The prize consists of one (1) pre-selected cruise chosen exclusively by Panache Cruises Inc, with a maximum value of USD $5,000, covering cruise fare only. Full cruise details will be confirmed at the time the prize is awarded.
The winner does NOT choose the cruise.

b. Exclusions
The prize may not include: transportation to/from the port, port fees and taxes, gratuities, travel insurance, airfare, onboard spending, or incidental/personal expenses.

c. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged. Any attempt to sell or transfer the prize will result in forfeiture.

8. Taxes
Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC if the winner receives prizes valued at $2,000 or more in 2026. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entrants for tampering or violations of these Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise integrity.

10. Publicity Release
Where permitted, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, state, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Privacy
Personal data will be handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
Promotion governed by Florida law. Disputes must be brought individually in a Florida court.
