About Me
Hello, I’m Katy. I have worked in cruise travel for almost 9 years now! I truly know that my heart lies in this industry; I have so much passion for cruising and it has given me so many amazing experiences. I have been so lucky to go on 6 different cruises from Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of The Seas to the ultra-luxury Regent Seven Seas Mariner and Uniworld’s River Princess, all of which are truly remarkable.
In 2014 I won CLIA’S Young Travel Agent of the Year Award which is one of my greatest achievements. Throughout my career I have been able to attend various cruise events, travel the world, and meet my customers personally. I have also made some fantastic friends for life.
Alongside my career in the Cruise Industry, I have worked hard to fulfil my dreams of buying my first house, getting engaged, and having my little girl Annabelle who is my absolute world. I have a little sausage dog too called Mucker; he is an absolute cutie! When Annabelle is a little older, I plan to take her on as many cruises as possible and help her to see the world.

My favourite destination is Dubai as I love the heat and it’s great all year round for this. It is cosmopolitan and lavish, filled with malls and beautiful hotels. There are so many brilliant hotels in Dubai – I’ve stayed in the Ritz Carlton, The One and Only on the Palm, and The Address in the Marina.
One of my favourite experiences was when I was lucky enough to travel on the stunning Regent Seven Seas Mariner. I was truly spoilt with this cruise, from the excellent service to the unreal food, right down to the finer details such as the staff getting to know your favourite drink.
My ultimate bucket list trip would be to take my little girl Annabelle on holiday to Disneyland in Florida. To be able to see her face light up would be absolutely priceless. In a few years’ time, we will try and do this when she is at the right age to appreciate all it has to offer.
My hobbies are going to the gym and keeping active. I think it’s so important, and I love going on big walks around the Lake District and taking in all of the beauty of nature.
