Finance Assistant
As a Finance Assistant at Panache Cruises, you will work closely with the Head of Finance to support various financial task and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- - Accounts payable, including processing invoices, allocating payments & arranging weekly BACS.
- Accounts receivable, including raising sales invoices, credit control & receipting payments.
- - Bank reconciliation to ensure accurate representation of cash transactions.
- - Main accurate financial records by entering data into the accounting & CRM system.
- - Assist in the preparation of the financial reports, including monthly & year end accounts.
- - Generate ad-hoc financial reports as required by management.
- - Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial data.
- - Collaborate with other areas of the business on financial reports/ KPIs.
Must-have skills:
- Experience in a similar finance or accounting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for finance, travel and cruise industry
- Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- A solid understanding of basic mathematics
- Innovative and creative
- A flexible individual who can work in a small team

To be a successful Cruise Connoisseur, you will enjoy looking after your customers from first enquiry to after their holiday and beyond. You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy planning exciting and luxurious worldwide trips.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To build, nurture and grow an engaged database
- To generate your own sales leads via social media channels
- To convert company-generated leads following a tried and tested sales process
- To provide the very best service levels to each and every customer
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- All applicants must have at least 2 years' experience selling luxury cruise products
Must-have skills:
- Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for the travel and cruise industry
- Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude

Cruise Connoisseur - Apprenticeship

- To assist established Cruise Connoisseurs in warming up sales leads
- To call company prospects generated through our digital marketing campaigns
- To liaise with Cruise lines to collate information for customers
- To load and send quotes to customers, and process bookings
- Assist customers with making dinner reservations and booking excursions
