National Geographic Endurance

National Geographic Endurance is a groundbreaking expedition vessel, purpose-built to navigate the world's most challenging polar environments with unparalleled comfort and efficiency. As the first new polar ship in Lindblad Expeditions' 50-year history, National Geographic Endurance honours the legacy of explorer Ernest Shackleton and his legendary Transantarctic Expedition.

At the heart of her design is the patented X-Bow®, an innovative inverted hull shape that slices through waves rather than slamming into them. This design not only ensures a smoother and quieter ride, reducing noise and vibration, but also enhances fuel efficiency and minimizes environmental impact.

With a capacity for just 138 guests, National Geographic Endurance offers an intimate and immersive experience. Her luxurious Scandinavian-inspired interiors feature over 10,000 square feet of glass, providing unobstructed panoramic views of the polar landscapes. The ship boasts six guest decks, each designed for comfort and ease of access.
