Terms and conditions
1. Members must present their Cathay membership number at the time of payment. Asia Miles cannot be issued afterwards.
2. Miles earned are calculated based on the final actual transaction amount.
3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any discount vouchers, promotions or other special offers.
4. Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 4 to 6 weeks after returning from an eligible cruise holiday.
5. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and the Panache Travel Group Ltd (trading as Panache Cruises) reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Panache Cruises will be final.
7. Other Cathay membership programme terms and conditions apply.
8. Asia Miles will be credited to your account 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of your cruise. If you have not received your miles 4 to 6 weeks after completion of your cruise, please contact [email protected]. Include as many booking details as possible, e.g. cruise booking reference, lead guest name, departure / return dates, guest names and your Asia Miles membership number.
9. Panache Cruises - Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations.
10. Claims for Asia Miles, ‘bonus points’ or ‘bonus rebates’ offers can only be made on the same date that the Qualifying Bookings are made and no retroactive claims for ‘bonus miles’, ‘bonus points’ or ‘bonus rebates’ will be permitted.
