Big Ship Luxury - About Us
Big Ship Luxury is a specialist suite booking service dedicated to finding you the finest suites on the world's most popular cruise ships. Whether you're dreaming of a sky-high penthouse suite on a Virgin Voyages ship or a lavish suite on a Celebrity Cruises vessel, we're here to make it happen - with expert guidance, exclusive pricing and the kind of personal service that turns a great holiday into an unforgettable one.
We're part of Panache Cruises
In 2020, James Cole — one of the most recognised names in the cruise industry — founded Panache Cruises with a clear vision: to do things differently. Guided by the belief that ‘nothing is too much trouble’, he set out to redefine what clients should expect from a luxury cruise specialist.
Today, that same philosophy continues to shape everything we do. With the introduction of Big Ship Luxury in 2025, we’re here to deliver a truly world-class luxury cruising experience — from your very first interaction with us to your return home and beyond. Whether you’re simply exploring your options, ready to book, or a valued member of our Founders community planning your next journey, we’re with you every step of the way.
Our bespoke connoisseur service
Our exceptional Cruise Connoisseurs are at the heart of Big Ship Luxury. Each is a passionate, well-travelled expert, specialising in different destinations and styles of cruising. Some are drawn to the thrill of expedition voyages, while others favour the relaxed elegance of ocean cruising - unwinding in a private cabana with a drink in hand. What they all share is a genuine passion for travel, a deep knowledge of the industry, and a commitment to going above and beyond to create your perfect escape.
From the moment you begin your journey with us, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Cruise Connoisseur who will be your single point of contact throughout. They take the time to understand your preferences, offering thoughtful, tailored recommendations designed around you. With an average of 10 years’ experience each - and well over a century of combined expertise - no detail is overlooked. Every element of your luxury cruise is handled with care, precision and a level of service where truly nothing is too much trouble. Give us a call on 0161 513 8200.
You can trust us
Visit our Trustpilot page and you’ll see we’re rated ‘Excellent’, with hundreds of glowing reviews celebrating both our Cruise Connoisseurs and the service they deliver. That means everything to us. Knowing our clients are happy not only motivates us, but reinforces the care and dedication we bring to every booking. We’re proud that so many customers choose to return to us time and again as their trusted luxury cruise specialist. Our commitment to exceptional service has also been recognised across the industry, with multiple awards to our name.
My contact at Panache Cruises made the whole process straightforward. They were able to obtain a better deal than going directly to the cruise company.

Unrivalled financial security
We are proud members of ABTA, giving our customers complete reassurance that their travel plans are fully protected. This ensures your money and arrangements are secure, allowing you to book with total confidence and enjoy true peace of mind from the moment you confirm your booking through to your return home.
Panache Cruises is also an ATOL-bonded travel company. In the unlikely event of insolvency, ATOL protection ensures that if you are already travelling, your holiday can continue as planned, or if you have yet to depart, you would be entitled to a full refund. This protection also extends to the failure of any associated airline. We only work with cruise lines and partners who meet these same high standards of financial protection. When you book with Panache Cruises, your money is in safe hands.
