About Me

I have been working in the cruise industry for the past 20 years and have focused on luxury cruise in particular for 12 years.

I started off my travel career as an apprentice at Thomas Cook and immediately fell in love with the industry. A few years later I met James Cole and have worked with him ever since. My passion is sales, and I love nothing more than creating experiences which are really unique. I have also worked in other areas of the business which I found really interesting; I worked in Events for a while which was wonderful as it meant that I was able to work more closely with cruise lines.

Throughout my years in the industry, I have been able to travel to some amazing destinations and experience some fabulous itineraries and ships, including river cruises, expedition, yacht and ocean – so I have it all covered!

Other than travel, my big passion is food. Cruising has always paired well with my love of different foods as it allows me to try authentic dishes from around the world. I’m always that annoying person taking too many food photos!

I hope to see you on board in the future!

My Favourite Destination

The Galapagos Islands were so high on my bucket list and I finally got to visit in 2022. Getting to explore the wonderful array of nature and wildlife alongside a Galapagos sailing on the beautiful Celebrity Flora was my ultimate trip!

My Favourite Cruise Ship

Scenic Eclipse was one of the most unique ships I have ever set foot on. For such a small ship, I didn’t expect her to be so spacious and elegant, and especially wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as it was. I would even go so far as to say it was the best food I have ever been served on a luxury cruise.

My Bucket List

I've really been bitten by the expedition bug, having sailed to the likes of the Galapagos and Alaska. Top of my list right now would have to be Antarctica - I've seen some of my colleagues visit and it just looks out of this world. Fingers crossed for 2024!

My Hobbies and Interests

Food, food, food! You will always find me in the kitchen watching cooking shows, reading cookbooks and making sure everyone around me is fed. In the rare times I’m not cooking, I love a good book, and photography too.

Why I Like Working For Panache Cruises

Panache really gives me the ability to work one on one with my customers. I have the time to focus on their individual wants and needs, which helps to build rapport. I’ve worked in this way for 12 years now which has enabled me to build long-lasting relationships with my clients; some I now regard as friends.
