Nothing is too much trouble here at Panache Cruises. Our Cruise Connoisseurs are at the centre of everything we do. To be a successful Cruise Connoisseur, you will enjoy looking after your customers from first enquiry to after their holiday and beyond. You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy planning exciting and luxurious worldwide trips.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To build, nurture and grow an engaged database
- To generate your own sales leads via social media channels
- To convert company-generated leads following a tried and tested sales process
- To provide the very best service levels to each and every customer
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- All applicants must have at least 2 years' experience selling luxury cruise products
Must-have skills:
- Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for the travel and cruise industry
- Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
- A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- A flexible individual who can work in a small team
- A solid understanding of basic mathematics
- Customer focused with a relentless approach to providing our customers with a world class pre and post booking experience

Cruise Connoisseur - Apprenticeship

- To call company prospects generated through our digital marketing campaigns
- To liaise with Cruise lines to collate information for customers
- To load and send quotes to customers, and process bookings
- Assist customers with making dinner reservations and booking excursions

Senior Copywriter
Are you a motivated, highly creative individual looking to take your next step? Recently established in the travel industry, Panache Cruises are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join their rapidly expanding team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality written content for the website, digital guides and brochures
- Create engaging content on our social media platforms
- Produce copy for email marketing
- Write promotional text for online banners and Facebook ads
- Conduct SEO and keyword research
Preferred skills:
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into copy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Great organisational skills
- Eye for detail and desire for perfection
- Strong research skills
- A flexible individual who can work in a small team
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop desirable but not essential
